Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@foreverframes.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days and automatically apply the refund to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly exchange it for a new one. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer you a full refund.
